Diggers Rest Early Learning Centre is seeking an enthusiastic Educator to join our fantastic team and help meet the increasing demand for our services.

We have a Full-Time positions available as part of a rotating roster, with shifts between 6:30am - 6:30pm. Work 8 hour days (40 hours per week) with one paid RDO day off per month.

What do we hope you'll bring?

  • Legal right to live and work in Australia.
  • WWCC & Police Check (International Police check if you have lived outside Australia in the last 5 years)
  • At least a year or two of professional experience as an Educator (Have more than that? Or just starting out, we'd love to hear from you too!)
  • Fresh ideas and be able to share stories on how you embody the spirit of fun, creativity, and warmth. 
  • A passion for inspiring young minds and a playful spirit.
  • Willingness to contribute to QIP, Centre events and contribute to room programming
  • A team spirit to assist the room team with the smooth operation of staff break cover and maintaining organised and presentable rooms
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma quals along with a Certificate III in Children Services, or Diploma in Children Services (or equivalent)
